Exchange Terms & Conditions
In the unlikely situation where your order is damaged, items can be exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date. To exchange your product, please email mintinsealedbox.com.
Exchanged items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed properly in the original packaging box.
Please head down to our showroom at 101 Eunos Avenue 3, #06-05b, S409835 to facilitate the exchange.
As the product is being returned due to an incorrect purchase, the postage charges will be the buyer's responsibility. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item back to our inventory warehouse. Please note that the original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we are unable to offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, all contents of your order must be present, including the damaged parts. It must also be in the original packaging.
The customer will bear any costs associated with transporting the product for exchange.
Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged including:
Gift cards
We will verify your order and items on the spot, if all is in good order, we will do a 1 to 1 exchange on the spot. If the item is currently out of stock, please allow 15 business days for us to get the replacement.
