Are your cases in-stock or pre-order?

Our cases are in-stock in Singapore. You will receive your order within 5 working days (usually lesser 😊) after your purchase.

Orders from Malaysia will be shipped within 8 - 10 working days.

You will not have to wait for months before your case arrives at your doorstep or risk your order being lost at sea if you order from other unreliable international brands.

Moreover, if there's an issue with your overseas order/pre-order, it would be a hassle and more waiting time to request for an exchange and you might incur more shipping costs.

Can it be wall mounted?

Yes, our cases comes with two holes at the back for easy mounting using a wall plug. (Wall plug will not be provided by us)

Do you provide assembling service?

Yes we do! Some customers prefer to receive their cases assembled to avoid the hassle. We charge an assembly fee of $15 per case.

If you'd like your cases pre-assembled, please contact us before purchasing.

Are your cases UV-proof?

Acrylic offer some level of UV protection due to its inherent properties. It provides more protection than common display materials such as plastic and glass.

Generally, acrylic can block around 70% of UVB (ultraviolet B radiation from the sun) which is great for minimizing any form of discoloration damage from the heat/humidity/sun.

What if there's issues with my order?

We perform a detailed round of quality checks on every single order before sending it out.
